DKSH Selects AIMMS SC Navigator to Save Costs With Supply Chain Network Design

DKSH selected AIMMS SC Navigator for network design as a part of its strategic initiative to optimize the supply chain network across its operations, starting with Vietnam.
DKSH’s current use case involves rationalizing its distribution centers’ location, flow, and transport costs in Vietnam. With the help of SC Navigator, DKSH is poised to transition from a more manual approach to one rooted in robust analytics, significantly enhancing its decision-making process.

Moving forward, DKSH plans to expand the use of SC Navigator beyond Vietnam, with a long-term vision of future-proofing its supply chain network to support continued growth.
