AIMMS Releases New Features to its Network Design Software
Haarlem, North Holland, 10th Jan 2023 – AIMMS announces the availability of added functionality in the latest version of AIMMS SC Navigator.
In a quest to help organizations navigate disruptive forces and respond faster to volatile supply and demand, AIMMS is continuing to invest in intuitive and accessible solutions to improve decision-making for the toughest supply chain problems. As a part of ongoing updates, AIMMS has added key features to SC Navigator. These include –
- Custom objectives: Multi-objective modeling including non-financial objectives
- Carbon modeling: Sustainability modeling using custom objectives
- Lead times: Ability to include end-to-end lead times
- Reporting: New report for end-to-end visibility
- Rate cards: Improved transport costing using distance/weight break bands
- Brazil taxes: Option to include refundable taxes in the optimization
These features will provide users with more holistic, strategic planning while enabling tactical planning. Customers can now easily conduct multi-objective modeling, better understand sustainability trade-offs, and have better supply chain visibility.
